叶面施钙、镁、锌和硼肥对芳樟矮林生长和精油产量的影响

摘要:

探讨叶面喷施钙、镁、锌和硼肥对芳樟矮林生长和精油产量的影响,为芳樟矮林高效栽培提供理论依据。以芳樟矮林为试验材料,比较叶面喷施钙、镁、锌和硼肥对芳樟矮林地径、株高、生物量、叶片出油率的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施不同浓度的钙、镁、锌和硼肥对芳樟矮林株高和地径影响不明显,大部分处理株高和地径略低于对照组。叶面喷施钙、镁、锌和硼肥对芳樟矮林生物量有显著影响。芳樟矮林单株鲜重随叶面喷施钙和硼肥浓度的增加而降低,随镁和锌肥浓度的增加而升高,其中叶面喷施0.5%的钙肥和0.05%的硼肥效果最好。单株叶鲜重变化趋势与单株鲜重相似,叶面喷施0.5%的钙肥和0.05%的硼肥显著提高了芳樟矮林单株叶鲜重。单株小枝和主枝鲜重最大的分别是叶面喷施0.5%的钙肥和0.05%的硼肥。叶面喷施钙、镁、锌和硼肥对芳樟矮林叶片干重出油率影响不明显,对单株叶片精油产量有显著提高,其中叶面喷施0.15%的锌肥精油产量最高,其次是0.05%的硼肥、0.5%的钙肥和0.45%的镁肥。因此,综合芳樟矮林生长、生物量、叶片出油率指标,叶面喷施0.5%的钙肥或0.05%的硼肥效果最好。

Abstract:

The study aims to study the effects of foliar fertilizer treatments with calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron on growth, essential oil yield of Cinnamomum camphora ct. linalool dwarf forest, to provide a theoretical basis for the high-efficiency cultivation of C. camphora ct. linalool dwarf forest. C. camphora ct. linalool dwarf forest was used as material, and the effect of foliar fertilizer treatments with calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron on the plant height, ground diameter, biomass, oil yield of C. camphora ct. linalool dwarf forest were compared. The results showed that foliar application of calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron fertilizer had no significant effect on plant height and ground diameter, and the plant height and diameter of most treatments were slightly lower than that of the control group. Foliar application of calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron fertilizer had significant effects on the biomass of C. camphora ct. linalool dwarf forest. The fresh weight per plant decreased with the increase of the concentration of calcium and boron fertilizer, and increased with the increase of the concentration of magnesium and zinc fertilizer. Foliar application of 0.5% calcium and 0.05% boron fertilizer had the best effect on promoting the fresh weight per plant, The variation trend of leaf fresh weight per plant was similar to that of fresh weight per plant, and foliar application of 0.5% calcium and 0.05% boron fertilizer could significantly promote leaf fresh weight per plant, the foliar application of 0.5% calcium fertilizer had the best effect on promoting the fresh weight of branchlets per plant, while the foliar application of 0.05% boron fertilizer had the best effect on promotin the fresh weight of main branches per plant. The foliar application of calcium, magnesium, zinc and boron fertilizer has no obvious effect on oil yield of dry weight leaves, but had significant effect on the production of leaves essential oils. The foliar application of 0.15% zinc fertilizer had the highest production of essential oils, followed by 0.05% boron fertilizer, 0.5% calcium fertilizer and 0.45% magnesium fertilizer. Therefore, the foliar application of 0.5% calcium fertilizer or 0.05% boron fertilizer had the best effect on promoting the growth, biomass, oil yield of C. camphora ct. linalool dwarf forest.
